Beautiful, waterfront, high and spacious apartment with authentic roof construction. The apartment has a kitchen/ living room, bathroom, separate toilet, and two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. You can park in front of the door, at your own entrance. In the middle of a recreational area, on the edge of the Veluwe. Hiking, cycling, boating, various places (Arnhem, Doesburg) as well as various museums and, among other things, citizens can be reached within ten minutes. Various restaurants are within easy reach.

Vrij van drukte wil je graag op deze plek wonen en recreëren. De woning heeft alle faciliteiten, en meer. De locatie biedt veel natuur, en watersport activiteiten. Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.

You'll know all about this house by reading the references! Back to the seventies in this kid-friendly holidayhome! You'll have a woodstove, floor heating, a record player and lots of games and toys. Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature and close to the city

Come and enjoy this nice and one of a kind place. An entire house. A spacious garden to play and enjoy the tranquility. Alone, two of you, the family, family, friends; very welcome. Take beautiful cycling and hiking tours in the floodplains. Close to the coziness of Nijmegen, shopping and dining at 15 min bike (2 bikes available). The house has a sleeping floor for 5 people, another cot can be added. There is one bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining table.

Peace, space, enjoyment with a view of the water

The house is contemporary in design with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy verandas, 1 of which has a wood stove. The bathroom with a rain shower is experienced by guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, there is a king-size double bed and a good single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. You can take a wonderful day trip to The Hague or explore a city trip to Amsterdam or Arnhem by bike. There is a brand new built swimming pool as well as a bar which is called Old Sailor a grocery store and a restaurant that chalet is located in Park Sucess Park on Lathum Lake, as my guests they can take advantage of all the benefits of the park.
