Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

Our tiny house is located directly on the Xanten North Sea, adjacent to the nature reserve. From the property you are immediately at the lake or on the other side directly on the Rhine. You share the great meadows with some bee colonies, squirrels, hedgehogs, rabbits and our owl. In summer you can taste plums, apples and pears directly from the trees, taste herbs from the beds, and in autumn you can eat walnuts. We provide you with a grill and a fire barrel.
