(approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

Welcome to our "Kleiner Marstall" vacation apartment - located within the historic city walls of Xanten. In the former horse stable of the late Baroque judge's house, you will find a successful mixture of stylish antiques and modern comfort (box spring bed, underfloor heating, rain shower, etc.) on 40 square meters. One child in the parents' bed possible, baby bed on request. Numerous restaurants and attractions (South Sea, APX, cathedral, museums...) are within easy walking distance. See you soon!

The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.
