Ideal place for lovers of nature, hiking, tranquility but also for remote working (fiber optic, printer)!

La Casita Bombón has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and is located in a quiet place near several beaches. It is a small, newly renovated vacation home. It has a living room, two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, an outdoor toilet, and an outdoor shower. Wi-Fi Internet access with 300 fiber cable upload and download. Air conditioning and fans in each bedroom. Two car parking spaces. The two benches in the living room are 180cm x 90cm each.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. We present to you with great affection Villa Amalia, a family house built more than 150 years ago and recently renovated by us, owners and architects. We've tried to respect its essence and Mediterranean charm as much as possible and add a modern touch. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy both in winter with its beautiful mountain views, and in summer because of its proximity to the beach. A small haven of peace and quiet.

Fantastic loft with terrace. Ideal for couples.

The loft is located on the top floor of a family building. Access is by stairs, sharing these with the inquuilinos of the floors below. This is a spacious space, no walls. It has a bed of 1´35; a large sofa and with the possibility of installing an auxiliary bed It has a large terrace with barbecue, from which you can enjoy excellent views of the city of Xátiva and the castle.
