Rivendell Lodge sleeps up to 12 people and is ideally suited for more than one family. A classic designed, double storey log timber country cottage built around a massive living space. A large yard leads into the bush – immerse yourself in Australian wildlife with trees for miles, and friendly kangaroos, kookaburras and possums right on your doorstep.

Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic four bedroom homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Millbrook Cottage is a spacious timber framed house. Its elevated position on a 10 acre estate provides panoramic views down Wildwood Valley. The property is 5 minutes drive from Smiths and Yallingup beaches and offers scenic walks in the area. There are a large number of wineries, galleries and restaurants within a 10 minute drive The home is very well appointed with modern conveniences and beautiful WA Blackbutt floors throughout. The wrap around verandah perfect for wine time!

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
