Our home is about a 10-minute drive to Penn Yan and about 30-40 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva or Canandaigua.

A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A deck and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.
