A two-bedroom house with a courtyard all to yourself and its own bathrooms and toilets. With its location, it combines the comfort of living in the center with peace and tranquility with its own courtyard. Our house, which is 75 meters from the Art Street and Malgaca market and 15 minutes by car from the Vineyard Road and the sea, awaits guests looking for comfort in simplicity. The house has a bathroom and toilet in addition to the bedrooms' own bathrooms. The bathrooms are in the room and are open bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Stone house on Urla Sanat Street

Our small stone house consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a double bed in one room and a 1.20 wide bed in the other. All the ingredients, including the moka pot, where you can make your tea and coffee, Chado brand herbal tea varieties, black tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee and water are complimentary. There are disposable slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We hope you have a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 m from the art street, surrounded by trees ✨

The number of beds is increased with inflatable floor beds for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will accompany you during your break.
