Stone-Lit House 2 Main House (150-year-old richest house)

Seokdeung House 2 is the main house of the richest family in Gyeongju, and is an accommodation with a well-preserved beauty of an old Korean traditional house. Enter through the large gate, pass through the beautiful garden, and pass through the second gate to connect to the main house. This property can accommodate up to 6 people, and has a large room (with a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a spacious floor. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage to the property or items during their stay. Since the accommodation of the three teams is in one building, please be considerate of each other so that there is no noise damage to other guests. We comply with the refund policy for any reason, including corona and weather. Please keep quiet after 10pm as there are residents in the village and guests in another building next door. Drinking, singing, and making loud noises beyond the limit will result in expulsion (non-refundable).

It is a spacious renovated hanok country house of 150 pyeong, a 10-minute walk from the city. It is very accessible, but it is quiet near the accommodation. I want to feel the hanok house, but I recommend it for those who have trouble getting to the faraway countryside. [Dog] There is a backyard where you can freely release your dog without a leash. (Small dogs under 7kg allowed) [Good place to walk] You can also see a great night view while strolling along the wide riverside located about a 3-minute walk away. [Delivery available] All types of delivery food can be ordered with accommodation facilities adjacent to the city. [Use of barbecue grill] The cost of the barbecue is 20,000 won, provided with equipment. [Pool] A swimming pool for simple swimming is prepared in the yard and a water fee of 20,000 won will be added (available from May to August)

It is a unique private house with a total area of 450 pyeong, with a large lawn yard and sculptural works. There are paintings and ceramic works indoors, so you can feel a new form of accommodation. Overall, it consists of 2 buildings. The above amount is the amount when using Building 1. This is a great opportunity to have the spacious yard all to yourself as we are only hosting one team this year. Up to 10 people can use it.
