The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
