Monthly Rentals in Yongsan District

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

I had stayed for about 10 days and I can honestly say it was very homey. I felt right at home. I traveled with my little sister so safety was my top priority and choosing this place was probably the best decision. I felt very safe and never encountered anything that would make me feel uncomfortable. The home itself was very spacious. I had over 4 suitcases and it was very over crowders. I also loved the having a separate living room space. I would definitely come here again !

Amazing location with lots to do all around and within walking distance. Hasung is so helpful and quick to respond, we had such an amazing stay!

About 20 minutes walk to the main Itaewon drag, but closer to some great restaurants and cocktail bars. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and felt totally safe. Space was very practical, good for two people.
