Beautiful, cozy, and very clean apartment in a wonderful location - close to everything. We had such a nice stay here! The place is well organized. It has everything you need. View from the top balcony is amazing! Definetely will be back when we are in the area again.

The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !

We had a wonderful stay at here in Ogunquit. The place was spotless! The location couldn’t have been better! Everything in town was within easy walking distance, which made exploring Ogunquit super convenient!! Check in was a breeze! Instructions were clear and detailed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay in Ogunquit. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at bevs, on island path was fabulous. Bev really thought of all the amenities. It was clean, functionally location wise, and a real treat to come back after a Long Beach day and feel very comfortable. I’d say cozy. We’ve stayed in a few air b n bs in Hampton and rated them probably undeservingly well. This one is honestly the best we’ve stayed in. Not to mention Bev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local eateries, and activities, and always responds promptly to messaging. Thanks for an amazing stay Bev. Fantastic place to stay with plenty to do within walking distance! We had a 8 month old with us and there was plenty of space to setup a pack & play or bassinet. Comfortable bed and furniture and a bonus desk!

the view was gorgeous!! me and a couple of my friends had an amazing time. place was super clean and matched the pictures perfectly. it was absolutely perfect and amazing for a quick getaway.

Suz’s studio was perfect for a weekend in Portsmouth. We found a free parking spot close by and didn’t need to use the car until we left. Everything in town is close by, and the studio had everything we needed

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡

I would recommend this place to everyone. It was steps from the beach had a great ocean view was immaculate as far as cleanliness and up to date. Trust me I have stayed in places in Hampton Beach before that were less than desirable but this place was pristine. Everything was as listed. It is a small and comfortable condo. John was very good at communicating whenever I emailed and accommodated me when I had to change my plans at the last minute. If I could have given more than a five star I would have. Simply delightful! Laurie’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood and garden views are beautiful and the off street parking was readily available. The sheets and pillows were high quality and the bed was comfortable (is a firm mattress). We generally prefer a soft mattress, but this one was still adequate. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to easily cook breakfast every day. We didn’t arrive until 10 PM on the night of check-in and it was a wonderful surprise to find soft drinks, water, beer and wine in the fridge! Highly recommend 😍

Stayed in the Tower Suite after a hard pivot due to Bonnaroo cancellation. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I appreciate this bnb strongly encourages guests to be quiet and courteous. It was a lovely reprieve from the music festival camping we were coming from. In unit washer dryer was a life saver. The bnb itself is a super short drive to some awesome restaurants. Hot Suppa and The Front Room were notably good eats. The Tower Suite was beautiful and clean. 1000% would come visit again. Thank you for having us!

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

Another great stay in downtown Brunswick. The studio space was perfect for a quiet stay in a great neighborhood. You are steps from everything. It was so convenient with our little pups to be able to walk them in the private yard and the neighborhood around us. Street was very quiet. Great parking and the hot tub such a plus when returning from family obligations and long travel days. Thank you for making our trip so easy!
