The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center of town. The house is a lovely blend of historic York and modern conveniences. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all that you need if you like to cook, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect location- walkable to downtown, beach, ball field, restaurants, etc. Would definitely book this Airbnb again/recommend to friends and family!

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

We had a great time at this place. We were a group of archaeologists here for work and this was a great base from which to travel the area. The facilities were excellent - we were able to cook and wash clothes with ease. There were plenty of spaces from which to sit and discuss findings or work (two lounge areas, a kitchen table and a back deck) and the WiFi worked perfectly. Everything was clean and the rooms were very private and quiet. Jim was extremely helpful and attentive but never intrusive. We could easily walk into South Berwick and there was space to park our cars. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future!

We have been going to York for about 40 yrs. and for the last few yrs. rented over Memorial Day for our family and this is our favorite so far. The home is beautiful with a very comfortable and homey feeling. Everything we needed was provided. This spot is a good fit for our family and close to Long Sands. We plan on returning in the future. Stayed here for a guy weekend in Portsmouth, NH and the place was exactly what we wanted! Quick 15 min drive to downtown Portsmouth, with a few restaurants close by to the house for quick eats. The house itself was great for accommodating all 7 of us, it was very clean and although it is off the beaten path, was very easy to find. The pool table, ping-pong table, and fire pit out back was perfect for weekend, and could t have asked for much more. Zach was very responsive and clear with instructions on coming and going. Overall a great stay, one that we would rent again. Highly recommend for a larger group looking to check out the area!

What a great location! The size of the house accommodated the size family we had. We were very happy with the lodging. It was absolutely perfect for us. Stephanie replied with answers promptly when we had questions before checking in.

We had a wonderful stay at 'Simple and Happy'. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, everything was thought of and provided for. The decorations and ambiance was spectacular! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh and watching the birds. Stephanie was an excellent host!

David’s place was perfect. We loved the location, which is conveniently located just a few minutes from town. The amenities were beautiful and the area so quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely house with lots of nice touches. The location was really convenient to the beach and lots of lovely walks. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-equipped. We had one little glitch which was quickly responded to. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and quiet location away from traffic but yet close enough to all the shopping, restaurants, and beautiful beaches

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!
