The welcome was very courteous and attentive. The place was very warm, clean, and peaceful. My family and I were delighted. Everything was very convenient, and we enjoyed our visit to Yosemite Park. The water falls were just beautiful. If you stay here you won't miss your home guarantee, you will miss this beautiful house after leaving:) If we make a new trip to this town for sure will come back here.

Tom and Teresa are simply wonderful people. They’re so accommodating and just incredibly nice. The communication was stellar from the first moment, the house is spacious, clean, and fully stocked. Even more importantly, they’re just genuinely good people who care about their guests. 11/10 - just terrific!

Beth was an amazing host and the place had everything you will need to feel like home. We had a couple of deers that visited us and that made my day . At night you can sit on the porch and stargazing. Beautiful property . We will definitely come back

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mariposa Pool House. The pool was great after our long days exploring Yosemite. The home was easy walking distance to the town. Kevin and Poppy were very responsive and accommodating.

Place is beautiful inside and out. The only thing I didn’t like is that rooms don’t have a curtains, a sheer curtain would be nice at least for privacy. I still give this place a 5 🌟

Juniper Retreat was excellent! It was a lovely place to stay after long days of hiking and fresh air. Chad was very responsive and helpful. You can’t beat the location and how close it is to the main Yosemite attractions (Yosemite Valley, Tioga Road, Mariposa Grove). It was a lovely and quiet place with beautiful scenery. Such a great place to stay to get the most out of a trip to Yosemite!

Amy was an amazing host. She was always responsive and very helpful with our questions. Friendly too! The place was lovely, clean and very well equipped. Very thoughtfully decorated as well! The pavement lights at night were 💯. Although the place was a little distance away (like 8mins from town centre), it offered a very peaceful and private environment - great for when you just wanna relax and get comfortable after a long day. The location is also great if you intend to spend a few days in Yosemite and not want to stay within the park itself. The drive is not far at all. Would definitely stay again if I were visiting the area in the future.

What an incredible view, both daytime and night. Hot tub amongst the stars were awesome. We stayed here to visit Yosemite. It is 45 minutes away, but it was worth it to have a nice private place with a view, far away from other humans. Would highly recommend.

Sandy was such a kind and interactive host! She greeted us upon arrival, walked us around the house and told us to let her know if we needed anything at all. She provided everything we could have needed and told us whenever we needed more (ie. paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) to just ask! She has a great response time. The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable. It was just my husband and I staying during this trip, but this will easily and comfortably sleep 6 people. The only thing this house didn’t have that we are accustomed to is a washer/dryer, but there was a laundromat conveniently located in Oakhurst that we had no trouble using! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

This was the perfect location for our group. The location was gorgeous, the house was perfect for us, and the amenities were wonderful. We had a group of kids, adults and seniors with us and it was the perfect place. Jeremy was very responsive and made sure that our stay was the perfect peaceful getaway that we had hoped for. Can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to be here.

Just absolutely wonderful and exactly like the photos. A real sense of just being in a beautiful and beautifully designed space full of perfect touches. I stayed a month and was very sad to leave! Aria was a great host and go-between with the rather draconian guardians of the gated community (every delivery has to be individually called in and you need a weekly pass to drive through the gate). Being a mile from the lake was wonderful as was the drive up the mountain. And of course you are close to Yosemite. Could not recommend it more highly.

A cute little house in a beautiful location. Breathtaking views, well stocked kitchen (quietest dishwasher I've ever seen), perfect size for our family of 6. The yard was welcoming and somewhere you would want to hang out. Mornings had deer coming up close to say hello. My 12-year-old had a great time filling the squirrel feeder. The squirrels came looking for their treats when she missed a morning. Overall, a great stay!

The place is super cozy with beautiful surroundings. It has a great balcony for chilling or star gazing. The layout is perfect for a big family or two smaller families. It is located just south of Mariposa with easy drive to Yosemite valley. The furnitures and appliances are a bit on older side but they get the job done.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and its surroundings; my kids had a blast exploring the property and playing with the abundant amount of toys provided. We had s’mores in the evening around the fire pit and relaxed in the hot tub. The house was a little warm upon our arrival (following an unseasonable warm day); but, after turning on the A/C units the house cooled right down. It was a bit of a drive to Yosemite; but, the scenery was beautiful so it went by quickly. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in th e area!

We stayed here for our Yosemite trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The views overlooking the mountains were stunning and made every morning feel special. The house was spotless, cozy, and stocked with so many thoughtful amenities—it really felt like a home away from home. Check-in was super easy, and everything looked just like the photos. Thank you for creating such a peaceful and welcoming space. We’d love to come back someday!

We had a great stay, the house was great, in a nice quiet area, with everything we needed. Easy to find and access, and owners were very communicative/responsive. If you're planning on going to Yosemite, just be aware that the house is a bit outside of Mariposa, so the drive was about an 1h 20m to get to the closest trailheads in the park. Even with the long drives to/from the park each day, though, we had a great time and really enjoyed having this place to stay, it was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Great spot about an hour from the Fresno airport and about 30 minutes to Yosemite park entrance (another hour then to Yosemite Valley). Location was perfect for us as we did not get a peak entrance ticket so needed to enter the park prior to 6am and close location meant we weren't getting up way too early

My family loved this home base for our excursions into Yosemite! The comfortable and stylish furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and lush setting made us all happy to be "home" each day. We also enjoyed the large deck, game tables, and walkable surroundings. 100% would recommend!

Place was great! Perfect after a day in Yosemite. Jacob is a great host quick to respond to messages. Place was easy to find and easy to access. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

This was one of the best properties we’ve staying at - anywhere! It is tastefully decorated, clean, modern, and comfortable. And that’s just the inside! The outside was equally spectacular. The outdoor spa was great for unwinding after a day of hiking. We also used the gas fire pit and grill. We saw deer, wild turkeys, and lots of different birds while sitting on the patio. The home was everything we hoped for and more.
