The welcome was very courteous and attentive. The place was very warm, clean, and peaceful. My family and I were delighted. Everything was very convenient, and we enjoyed our visit to Yosemite Park. The water falls were just beautiful. If you stay here you won't miss your home guarantee, you will miss this beautiful house after leaving:) If we make a new trip to this town for sure will come back here.

Variety of options for the kitchen, coffee pot, good furniture, AC, box fan, etc. Great location for exploring south side of Yosemite, highly recommend going to the Yosemite - Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias!

We loved our stay here. We were welcomed as we first arrived and were shown around the property and made sure to know how to use all the great amenities this beautiful home has to offer. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing after a long day of hiking. And we felt at home with this amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean , multiple comfortable rooms and beds. The pool was a blast! And the outdoor area was great for breakfasts, late dinners and stargazing. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mariposa Pool House. The pool was great after our long days exploring Yosemite. The home was easy walking distance to the town. Kevin and Poppy were very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing house and location, with lovely surroundings. The pool and hot tub were also excellent. Holly was very responsive and helpful with any queries about the stay. Only downside was that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a great time at this place! We loved how close it was to everything, yet still very peaceful and serene. Hot tub was relaxing and the rooms were spotless and cozy! We saw lots of local birds and even saw deer right outside the front yard on our last night! Highly recommend!! 10/10

Wow, what a fabulous property! My husband, two-year-old, and I stayed at Allison's beautiful and spacious home over a long weekend as part of our trip to Yosemite. The house was truly spotlessly clean (!), thoughtfully stocked, nicely decorated, and had clear instructions posted on the walls. Check-in was a breeze and the property was easy to find. It was nice to have a big kitchen with modern appliances and a good variety of kitchenware in perfect shape. The air conditioner and ceiling fans worked great over our hot stay. It was super helpful to have a Pack-N-Play and high chair provided, and we also appreciated that some of the dishes were plastic for our toddler. Allison had clear, prompt, and thorough communication, and was very patient with my questions prior to our stay. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!!

What an incredible view, both daytime and night. Hot tub amongst the stars were awesome. We stayed here to visit Yosemite. It is 45 minutes away, but it was worth it to have a nice private place with a view, far away from other humans. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect proximity to Yosemite Valley, Glacier Point, Mariposa Grove, and easy access to Tioga Road. Great setup, our family of five enjoyed the house.

The cabin was a great place to relax after exhausting days exploring Yosemite. Great community as well!

We had a wonderful time visiting Yosemite NP and Vonnie’s house was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day. The house is impeccably furnished with touches that make it feel you are staying in a home and not a rental. The location is perfect with the Valley, Glacier Point and Mariposa Grove all about 30 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed! Our family of 6 had a wonderful time here. It has everything you need, from cooking to entertainment. It is about an hour drive to the Yosemite National Park, with great restaurants and grocery around. The host is responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

We would definitely visit again! Great location, very close to downtown. Place was quiet, lovely, private and spacious! We were traveling with a 9 month old and all the furniture was proofed, plus pack n play availability was another plus!

Location and cleanliness are my main criteria for choosing a place to stay when traveling. This home was perfect for my needs. Everywhere was very clean and it was very comfortable to be only 25 minutes from the south entrance of Yosemite. It was also less than a 10 minute drive to the center of Oakhurst if I needed anything. I had great communication with the host and he was very friendly and quick to respond to my requests. The interior of the place was beautiful, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools for cooking and the crockery was lovely. The best part was the bed and bedding. It was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep and would love to have it back home. This is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking in Yosemite and relax with the family over a delicious meal. Even my two teenage kids who don't like to travel loved it.

This place was absolutely amazing and Amy was very responsive and helpful! Me and my wife went away for our anniversary and it was the perfect peaceful get away to spend some time around town, enjoy a nice dinner, and then take off to Yosemite another day. Nothing but good things to say, it was amazing.

We had an amazing stay at The Overlook House in Mariposa from May 23-27. It’s a beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained home, perfect for visiting Yosemite National Park. The house offered stunning views, comfort, and all the amenities we needed. Its location was ideal—close enough to explore Yosemite, yet quiet and scenic in Mariposa. The host was friendly and responsive, providing great recommendations. After busy days in the park, returning to The Overlook felt like coming home. It’s a perfect spot for families or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat near Yosemite. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return!

Daniel’s place was stunning! Beautiful home surrounded by nature. It was secluded and peaceful. We were able to enjoy most of the amenities. We hope to return for a longer stay! Do yourself a favor and rent this place!!!

My family loved this home base for our excursions into Yosemite! The comfortable and stylish furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and lush setting made us all happy to be "home" each day. We also enjoyed the large deck, game tables, and walkable surroundings. 100% would recommend!

Beautiful Airbnb tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. Every detail of this place was well thought out. The master bathroom shower was amazing! We went hiking in Yosemite which was easily accessible (about 1.5 hr drive to most trailheads in the park) and there were amazing hikes around the area outside of the park as well. 5 stars all around. Definitely stay here!!

Great spot about an hour from the Fresno airport and about 30 minutes to Yosemite park entrance (another hour then to Yosemite Valley). Location was perfect for us as we did not get a peak entrance ticket so needed to enter the park prior to 6am and close location meant we weren't getting up way too early
