Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ypsilanti Township

This little house is an absolute gem! It is located in a leafy, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Ann Arbor has to offer. Inside, it was spotless and very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. We honestly wanted to stay longer because we instantly fell in love with this home! The beds are comfortable, clean, fresh linens. Great back yard to enjoy for birdsong and local wildlife (deer, raccoon). It is also close to great nature trails and parks. I highly recommend Yolanda's place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor.

Enjoyed the apartment in Plymouth. It was clean and comfortable, and easy access to the highway. Stayed for a week while I worked in Detroit, and was able to explore downtown Plymouth in my down time.

Sara's place was homey, cozy, cute and quaint. The kitchen was perfect, as were the beds. Amazing location - Saline is a very cool small town with lots of shops and restaurants. Thanks, Sara!

Marian's place was perfect for us. Very well-appointed and centrally located. She was very helpful whenever we reached out to her.

Good accommodations, worked great for our stay

We had a quick weekend in Ann Arbor for a college visit and this was the perfect place. It was homey, cozy, quiet and comfortable. There was even a personal welcome sign to greet us in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable-the kids loved the memory foam mattresses in the twin room. And the living room was comfortable as well. It was beyond easy to be at Amber’s place. We would sit on the patio with coffee in the mornings and appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. The kitchen pantry was stocked with all the necessities needed to cook, coffee and tea and cream… and we had easy access to the main highway to get into downtown Ann Arbor in minutes as well as easy access to Detroit. Amber was so kind, responsive and proactive-and had great suggestions for us. We only wish that we had a few more days to see everything! We will be back. 💙 thank you for creating such a welcoming space.

Sally's place was great. It was affordable, clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Sally always responded quickly and was very nice. I would definitely go back.

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

Goldilocks are great hosts- as always! The place was at an EXCELLENT location, mostly quiet, pretty comfortable; but the couch in Unit #5 is not the best for sleeping.

Really enjoyed this place! The bed was by far the most comfy air bnb bed I’ve slept in. Hosts were very responsive and flexible for an early check-in.

Perfect stay far enough to be private and quiet, yet 5-10 minutes to many restaurants, shopping centers, gas and anything you would need! 10-20 minutes to anything Ann Arbor or Saline have to offer - just so convenient. The “Loft” had all anyone needs for an easy stay and, again, really comfortable and quiet for rest or work. Thank you Amira and Issac - hope to be back soon! John & Laura

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

Keri's place was very lovely! It was the perfect place for us to retreat to after our long days. The place was super clean — the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen was really clean (including the inside of the fridge!), and the bed linens and mattress were fresh and comfy. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We were grateful for the clear directions and expectations along with the recreational and dining suggestions. We also really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful Keri was — she went out of her way to accommodate our special situation and made sure we had everything we needed. The little welcoming touches were noticed and appreciated. We hope to stay there again! Thanks, Keri!

We enjoyed our stay at Jerilynn’s apartment, she was very accommodating to us and let us check in early as we had an event on the day of our arrival. Was easy to get ahold of as well. The location was lovely, right near the lake and tons of restaurants nearby.

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.
