The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping loft with room for 2 or 1 bed. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife. 3 km to the sea. Endless cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
