Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Cozy beach house with ocean view

The house is located in the village of Svarte, which has a popular beach with a swimming jetty and beach café. From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea that is reached 100 meters below the plot (a road in between). The garden is fenced and is located on a corner plot. Balcony and fixed barbecue for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, seating area for children, sandbox, swing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only a 5-minute walk.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.
