Located next to the main property but is detached. Garden and field views. Limited visibility from the property. Equipment consists of new appliances such as refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer. All new models. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft, one flight up, you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating.

The street house that has most things. On one of Ystad's oldest and coziest streets in the middle of town, this home with the modern amenities you want, fully renovated in 2022. The accommodation is suitable for single or couples accommodation. On the ground floor there is an open living room overlooking the charming Vädergränd. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

På Stallgatan 12A, så centralt det kan bli, hittar ni detta vackra korsvirkeshus med egen innergård. Lugnt och bekvämt läge, endast ett stenkast från gågatan och allt Ystad har att erbjuda. Entréplan bjuder på vardagsrum, badrum samt kök. På andra våningen finns ett trevligt allrum, toalett och 2 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng, våningssäng och liten balkong. Det andra med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i anslutande rum. Ystad tågtation ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.

Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Finns möjlighet att bädda i soffan om man tycker det blir för trångt för 2 personer i sängen. Lakan finns i skåpet i badrummet.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
