We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We were warmly welcomed by Mikaela and the whole family. Nice and nice cabin, personally decorated. Multiple patios/ patio areas. Perfect to eat breakfast in the corner by the door. Fun with different animals in the yard. We got many different suggestions for places to visit in the surroundings. Mikaela and Svante with family and the cottage is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay, what a lovely place this is! The house is nice and comfortable and has a huge garden. A quiet surrounding but still a lot to do, it’s close to the beach. Maria and Marcus were very kind and helpful.

Good contact, responded quickly. Guided tour of the house with a thorough walk-through, providing information about the surroundings and what was available. A very good and pleasant world.

Fantastic stay! Accommodation: totally beautiful apartment, lovingly furnished, view of the countryside and the deer really nice! Surroundings: Surrounded by nature, dirt roads and forest from the front door, very nice farm with all its animals Activities: feeding the deer, contact with the animals, sauna, bathing lake, hiking in nature + national parks, many excursion possibilities, everything was really great! Nicola and her husband welcomed us warmly, we felt very comfortable - we will gladly come back! We were there as a family with a small child and a dog. 🙂

We felt really welcome with flowers, candy and welcome letters. The accommodation has everything you need and a nice well-made bed. Blue rain outside the door and a small seating area. Walking distance to the harbor with restaurants and Ginbar at Skillinge theater.

Cozy pool house that feels private even though its located on Anna-Karin's property. Big plus it includes sheets, towels and cleaning. Good starting point for getting around on Österlen by car. Also located a great restaurant right around the corner. Thank you for your kind response:)

I have used Airbnb for many years, but this is undoubtedly the best host I have had! Very good communication skills, very pleasant to talk to and also willing to compromise. Only positive about the host. The accommodation was completely spotless. Large pool, many social areas to hang out in, both in the house and outside the house in the courtyard. Overall, a very cozy environment! I will undoubtedly book this again.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Daniel is a great host and we felt right at home. The surroundings invite you to take a walk or simply to relax. We were there at the beginning of June and the water was still too cold to go in, so there was not too much going on and it was very private. The accommodation is absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back. :)

Had a nice stay in Smygehamn, fresh accommodation and nice pool area. Nice with a welcome gift and very good and fast communication.

I cannot recommend Helena's tiny house enough!! The space is very cozy, with a wonderful outdoor patio space. There are two bikes for use as well, which was so wonderful- we could bike easily to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Helena is beyond accommodating and absolutely the best host 🤍

The accommodation was cozy and clean – we felt very comfortable. The communication went smoothly and quickly. The area is beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I can only recommend the stay and we will definitely come back!

We spent two nights in Ing-Maj's cabin. Nice, peaceful and private location. Good starting point for exploring southern Österlen. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We definitely recommend Britt's place ! Everything was perfect and Britt and Thomas are so nice :) The cabin is well equipped, clean and confortable and the garden is so pleasant 👌 Lovely area to discover thanks to Britt's advice !

Staying at Karin's place was fantastic. The location in very beautiful and peaceful. The views from the cabin are gorgeous and the cabin has all the needs for a short stay. Karin is very friendly and was great to talk with her. Staying at Karin's place is very good in summer due to the summer deck but also can be very well enjoyed during the winter due to the amazing views. To repeat!

A fabulous place to stay! We had 5 wonderful days in this tiny cottage wich literaly has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were very lucky with the weather. Slow mornings on the quiet patio, beachwalks, village exploring, more walks, coming back to enjoy the peace and quiet while reading and an evening stroll in the garden to watch the colorful sunset skies. The kitchen had everything single thing you need, the bed was so comfy and communication with Mathilda and Rickard were always quick and friendly. We extended our stay with an extra night ( wich was luckily possible) and I think that says enough: we did not want to leave. Traveling with a very shy dog is sometimes challenging, but this place was perfect for her. I really would love to come over again one day and explore more of this beautiful area. The cottage is in good order, it is attached to the owner's house but that was clear to me in the photo. The private terrace is in the garden, but for me that was not disturbing and with enough privacy. It is super well furnished and has everything you need to have a nice vacation. It is in a residential area, where there is little else to do, the beach is close by. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Visiting the dreamspace was impromptu, yet in retrospect I feel quietly summoned. Communicating with Pia is a charm; like skating back into a conversation that had simply paused. Absurdly brilliant design. So much heart. Sun flakes spilling across the floor, the fireplace becoming your second pulse, calm nights (except for birds with a clear sense of hierarchy) Local trivia includes swimming, splitting wood, standing still to watch deer passing through like retired royals. Sätofta’s lake is close enough for a dip & far enough it feels like an achievement (20min walk). Cafés/errands are near, though the temptation to ignore civilization entirely is strong. Writers & dreamers, bring your notebooks! This cracker of a villa teases out the stories hiding in your chest. I finished my script, and considered giving up cph city life altogether before coming to my senses (barely). I already ache to return. One does not argue with a place that knows you better than you do yourself. Merci, Nora x
