Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk.
