Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful timber-framed house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. I vårt före detta generationsboende har vi nu inrett ett avslappnat boende för er som uppskattar att bo i ett eget hus med väl genomtänkta detaljer och genuin, lantlig stämning. Ett ”hide away” för er som vill koppla av och uppleva mellanskånes underbara natur. Ni har tillgång till egen trädgård med uteplats och fin utsikt över åker och äng. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende.

Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.
