Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Cozy beach house with ocean view

The house is located in the village of Svarte, which has a popular beach with a swimming jetty and beach café. From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea that is reached 100 meters below the plot (a road in between). The garden is fenced and is located on a corner plot. Balcony and fixed barbecue for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, seating area for children, sandbox, swing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only a 5-minute walk.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.
