Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Väldigt fint,hemtrevligt o mysigt,Sköna sängar, bra planering på kök/vardagsrum.Det enda vi saknade var en kaffebryggare (fast det fanns ju kapselkaffe och prezzo,så man var ju inte utan). Väldigt bra med 2 badrum ,när man är fler än 2pers. Trevliga värdar ,fin utemiljö

My wife and I Had a great couple of days at Mostafa's place. The space is in a refinished section of their barn. Nice layout, nice design, really comfortable stay. It's a lovely spot in a mellow neighborhood, just a few minutes from the coast. Mostafa had tons of recommendations for where to eat and what to explore. Great meal right across the street. Great coffee, cafe just down the road. Great host, lovely part of the world, wish we had more time to hang.

Jacobs bolig var rigtig hyggelig, den er ikke så stor, men der er det der skal være og der er top moderne udstyr, godt wifi, apple tv, smuk udsigt med “egen” lille strand. Huset var rent og nydeligt ved ankomst og Jacob var god og nem at kommunikere med. Vi kommer gerne igen og giver absolut en anbefaling herfra.

Trevlig lägenhet i vackra Ystad. Älskade speciellt den fina innergården och att bokträden från Stadsparken lutade sig in över muren. Så vackert! Thomas var väldigt trevlig och satte guldkant på upplevelsen.

Jonny lives upstairs, so was always quick to respond. He offered to drive us to Ale's Stones on Sunday (for a small fee), but in the end we managed to get a bus. He did drive me to the train station with my luggage when I left, which was really kind! I hadn't realised how big the place would be - 2 bedrooms upstairs and a toilet, and downstairs there was a "den" with huge TV, kitchen, conservatory, toilet/shower room downstairs - also a delightful garden. They obviously love their garden and plants. I think Jonny's wife may be a "collector" - lots of ornaments everywhere and enough kitchen glasses, plates etc for a big party! The only thing I would comment on, is that there is no door on the second bedroom - it was no problem for me though. Also, there was no wardrobe space in this bedroom either, but I had the second single bed to put my things on, so again, no problem. Jonny is the kind of host who really enjoys meeting his guests - thanks, Jonny, it was a great stay! x

Everything was perfect, the place was cosy, the bed was comfy and you could feel like at home. The city centre and local attractions were within 10 min walk. Jonna always responded very quickly. I am very satisfied with the choice of place and would recommend it to everyone.

Joakim var en fantastisk värd och boende var magiskt fint vår lilla familj med stor och vacker lantlig miljö med mängde av djur att titta på och klappa. Joakim var ytterst hjälpsam och flexibel. Om ni letar efter en vacker lantlig miljö med djur runt omkring är detta perfekt.
