It is a quiet, cozy and very clean place. It has a good view from the main room and the balcony. It's also pet-friendly :)

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Everything is great, the facilities are new and the parents! The apartment is very well equipped and Agusto because it is the PB. We went as a family, I had small children and they enjoyed the pool as well as the baby room. I recommend it ☺️

An excellent option to stay!!

We had booked for a month but we had to leave it on the same day as it did not have parking as the host described it since the parking lot was on the busy street or in a plaza. The host kindly accessed asernos full refund. Thank you!

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

The place is very nice, the decoration is very tasteful, it has all the necessary utensils, a safe area and private parking, Charito and the receptionist were always attentive to our needs. Thank you!!

Excellent apartment to recharge batteries for the daily adventures in Yucatan

The place was just amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, the place had everything you needed. The location of the place is the best, I was able to enjoy a relaxing weekend with the family. The rooms have a side view of the sea and that was a huge plus. I loved the privacy of the place. Nothing bad to say, on the contrary, I hope to return soon.

Excellent attention from Fabiola and the rest of the team. They were awaiting our arrival and departure. I had a problem with the chapa and it was resolved immediately. Amazing apartment and amenities.

After a couple issues at another place I chose Laura’s place. I am so glad I did! This time I chose to stay a little away from centro. The place is just as described and better, but what I found to be the best part was the superb customer service that I received there. The place is away from centro in a private community but close to visit when needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. We were able to get into the community pool which was a few steps in front of our place. We also had our private smaller pool if needed, but we enjoyed interacting with the community people. I would definitely recommend it. We will be back!

Good place to be with the family, lots of privacy, easy access, I would wash this place again!!

We really enjoyed it! Nice neighborhood, & close to everything. Fabulous outdoor areas. 2nd floor balcony was our favorite place to hang out, & we really enjoyed pool area. Beautiful sunsets from top floor, but furniture could use some cushions. Somewhat logistically challenged, w/bedrooms separate, but once you understand, it’s no big deal. Get the extra set of keys if you have people going off on their own. Kitchen was adequate for basic stuff. No wine glasses, but otherwise well stocked. Beto was so responsive, we never really lacked for anything! We liked it.

Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

Charito was always available. The house is very comfortable and full of details and amenities. Own pool and shared pools in the subdivision; very nice everything! The super cozy house with everything necessary for a family stay.
