I celebrated my 43rd birthday at Deysy's place and I can say that it was the best thing I've done in a long time. Don't expect luxury or too many comforts, but you will find wonderful gifts from nature to admire. Waking up at 6:00 a.m. to walk on the beach and find the sea so crystal clear that you can see rays, fish, starfish and flamingos in flight is beautiful. A place you should definitely visit if you are looking for tranquility and to connect with nature by respecting every being that inhabits it. I look forward to returning at another time of the year, to be surprised again with what nature and Deysy, with all her kindness and beautiful energy, have prepared.

Yvette was a wonderful host! Her recommendations and helpfulness was amazing. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment, and the view of the sea each morning was unparalleled. Pictures don't do the space justice. The casita was perfect for two people, and we really enjoyed the location on the island.

This place is absolutely a hidden gem, located away from the hustle & bustle - which my husband and I found really appealing. It felt like being on a private beach! The host, Angel, was absolutely amazing, and provided everything we could need and went above and beyond (coconut water on the beach, always checking in when we saw him, kept the beach area on the property pristine). So long as you are up for longer cart rides, you will not be sorry you booked at North Beach. We highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back.

Wasn't sure what to expect booking an AirBNB 70km from mainland Belize on short notice after finding out that both resorts at my dream dive destination were totally booked out. I was thinking it would be rustic. But instead arrived to find hot and cold running water (a luxury on this island) with a shower and flush toilet (the main resort uses composting methods, love the eco vibes but having a hot shower and a fresh environment between dives is a huge plus working in Mark's Favour). Name dropping the host got me a return boat ride at regular price on a week when both resorts at first swore it was impossible to accommodate me. Fully functional bar fridge running off solar power, enough lights to get through the evening and an all important floor fan. This island is HOT at night. The fan was life saving. Big private yard. Sunny spots when you want to get warm, but lots of shade at all times of day too. Just follow the iguanas. They know what's up. Did I mention diving? 🔵✔️ Thanks Mark!

A very nice place to rest. The space designed for each guest to have privacy in their rooms, separate from the common areas. Everything you need is available for a comfortable stay; in addition, with adequate internet connection. Close to shops and restaurants. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive, with a co-host who supported the needs at all times. Very enjoyable place. I would come back again.

The accommodation is in the heart of Tulum, near the main avenues, and the place is simply very unique. The truth is, my friends and I had a great time. Shun was very attentive the whole time. I would definitely go again.

This is my 2nd time renting from this host. My partner and I love the location to the beach, the store on the property, and the responsiveness from the host. The property is very clean, smells nice, and nicely decorated. I would rent from this host again in the future.

Had a great stay with my family. Was near the airport and felt very safe. Alan was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.

We had two very good nights in this independent bnb air behind hotel villa Gabriela. The staff are very nice. The accommodation is very clean, beds comfortable and a small equipped kitchen area. There is air conditioning in the bedroom which has two double beds and it is very nice! From this place you can go to the center of celestun or to the beach on foot. Everything was really great, we recommend this place!

We visited Nahouse for our trip to Tulum and were so happy with our stay. Much quieter than the busy hotel area, but still close to so much. Holistika is a short walk away, as is a tasty, mostly vegan, marketplace called The Gypsea Market. Parking was no problem since we had our own car, but the road to get there is pretty rough. We had a basic Prius like car though and made it fine, we just took it slow. Some options to get there are rougher than others. The Zapote lodge is the furthest from the little Cenote they have there, but it’s less than a 30 second walk away and was never crowded, in fact we were the only ones there whenever we went. Altogether a really beautiful space right near Tulum town with a very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely consider coming back on another trip to Tulum!

We went for work and took the initiative to be able to rent Mr. Felipe's place. If you have the opportunity to rent this place please do not miss it, spacious apartment, clean, super cozy, the host is super mega accessible, respectful, it was always there for us at all times. And the best part was that we were located 3 blocks from the beach, shopping malls and supermarkets. My rating is a 10/10 Feel free to wash.

We loved our time at Pamela's place. She is a wonderful host - friendly, welcoming, and a delight to talk with. Excellent communication both before and during our stay made everything so smooth and enjoyable. While the privacy of the casita was nice, it was also lovely to spend time in the common areas, visiting with Pamela's friends and repeat guests. The garden is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was very nice and refreshing. We are scuba divers, and we had a nice area to hang our gear. The area is safe, yet we still parked our scooters inside at night (probably not unnecessary). Two minor things - the bedroom does not get completely dark (nothing our eye masks didn't solve!) and the jacuzzi is only warmed by the sun. Pamela-Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautiful location. pool was awesome. Warm enough to walk right in, but not too warm. There are Gecko's and Frogs everywhere...even found gecko's in the rooms, something to think about before you book but we loved it. Mosquitos not bad at all and I am a mosquito magnet. Would Recommend!!!

If you’re thinking about staying at WhyKnot, think no further! Book your reservation! Our stay here was perfect, from start to finish. The location was amazing - outside of town enough to be quiet but close enough to walk to the centro in 10 minutes. The rooms were so comfortable, the food was amazing, and Jesus and Angelica were wonderful. We are already planning to come back and bring our families. Gracias por todos!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabana was really cool, very peaceful, quiet and well kept place. It was far enough away from city centre that it was very relaxing without feeling like you were too far away and isolated. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Cozumel.
