We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Cancun. The host was incredibly attentive, always on the lookout for any detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Every detail of the accommodation makes you feel at home. The condominium is a very pleasant space to be in, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our days in Cancun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with an exceptional host. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to in the future. Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile arrival and departure process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * In general, the studio is nice and fulfills its function, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest beautifully! * I really appreciate that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of this) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because cars can be heard on the avenue and some fans work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of salespeople * The cost of the day pass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Excellent location, the place is beautiful and has everything you need to make you feel super comfortable, we would definitely come back again!

Erick is truly a five-star host. He stayed in touch with us well before our arrival, making sure we had everything we needed. He shared contact details for reliable drivers, helped us arrange a bike, and gave us great restaurant recommendations that turned out to be really useful. Throughout our stay, he was always available and responsive. On the day we checked out, he even drove us back to downtown himself. Erick is easily one of the most helpful and thoughtful hosts we’ve come across in Cozumel—highly recommended! we will come back again for sure !

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Excellent location, excellent place to take children. I liked it a lot. The hosts always responded very quickly and were always very attentive.

I want to thank Kurt for the great stay we had in Merida! He was very responsive and gave helpful advice/recommendations for our trip. The pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pickleball court as well.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

We stayed at Rodrigo's Casa de Piedra for ten days. Casa de Piedra is an incredible home, it is beautifully decorated, clean and offers various spaces to relax. Rodrigo is a very proactive host, it was nice to check in and find cold beer and soft drinks in the refrigerator. The pool was nice and clean, the hammock was a nice touch in which we enjoyed our time reading a book and drinking a glass of wine on a breezy Merida night. The house is located in the heart of downtown Merida, there are plenty of plazas, local markets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There are some reviews that mention dogs barking at night, I did not have that experience. The house is peaceful and quiet. The air conditioner in the bedrooms kept up with the Merida heat without a problem. The kitchen amenities were very helpful, we were able to make breakfast and prepare snacks in between outings. I highly recommend staying at Casa de Piedra, the house is beautiful, centrally located!

Perfect place for us to stage our time in the Mahahual area!

We adored our stay at Alex & Raph’s beautiful property. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook delicious food while we were there. The pool was a massive highlight - we spent a lot of time in it! What an utterly stunning property with great hosts.

Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Guido's house was more than perfect! We were 7 friends in great need of rest and sun and we were delighted. As many have said, the photos do not do the villa justice! The house is large, very clean and well maintained. The outdoor space with large table, pool, private beach is great. We felt like queens. For a 7-day stay, the interior and exterior cleaning was done twice!! We'll be back without hesitation!
