Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

The Lugar seemed very nice, in a residential area but close to Plazas and restaurants. exit close to peripherico and the Cholul area and the Heroes. All very nice.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

We love staying at Villa Cozumel, this is our second year staying at this location. First the units are like being at home. The court yard is beautiful and so well taken care of. Water pressure can be an issue on this island, however we have never had an issue at this location. Great water pressure and nice hot showers! Very safe location, we love it here. Very close to everything you need and only a short walk to 5th ave. or the water. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Juan Bernardo and his co-host were friendly, respectful and attentive, they responded timely to the messages. The place was clean and comfortable, very nice. The cute garden, they put their granite on the planet with trees and plants. The location is centrally located with nearby restaurants as well as the lagoon. I recommend it for a nice quiet stay.

We really liked the accommodation in general, very clean and the bathrooms were also clean and tasteful, the pool was also very nice and comfortable, we are very satisfied and I thank Miss Claudia very much for such good service 👍🏼

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very clean and modern, with all amenities needed for our 2 week stay. Also downstairs reception was super helpful for stuff like booking taxis, buying water and receiving our delayed baggage while we were out.

5 Stars. If you are looking for one place to stay in Merida this is it. The place was clean and it was everything Oswaldo said it would be. The communication was first class and we couldn't fault the recommendations. Lots of local eateries, eat like the locals you won't go wrong and so cheap, about $15 aus. (Please don't be put off by the one negative review, it couldn't be further from the truth). Ps: OMG that pool is amazing.

Excellent place if you are thinking of staying in Playa del Carmen near 5th Avenue and nearby places to eat, supermarkets, etc. The room is very spacious and sparkling. I recommend it for solo travelers or couples.

We loved staying here on our honeymoon. Stones throw from the beach/walking distance to everything in town. Yet you have a great quiet place to come back to every day with a sweet balcony to relax on! And all for a great price.

The host was always attentive, the instructions were clear, the place was clean and tidy (although it is a bit remote, without a vehicle it is a bit far away) however it is a good place and you get used to walking to get out. Everything was great. I would rent it again. The price was fair.

Clean, nice, and adorable. Sarah and Gerzon provide very good instructions on how to find the location, and are very responsive! I was only there for a few hours as I had a late night and and early flight, but the neighborhood appeared very safe. People were jogging and riding bikes in the morning. Right next to some great resorts that you can easily get a day pass to enjoy the amenities. Will be back !

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen!

Great location, Coleen was super helpful with making us arrangements to get to the Airbnb from the airport and with renting a golf cart.

We had a wonderful stay at Diego & Marina's place. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex is secure and has a beautiful, jungle like feel. Getting there was easy and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants! We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tulum. Very happy! 😊

The house is great, everything is excellent, the pool, everything is just a step away, and check-in is very easy

A memorable experience! Our stay in this place was most welcoming. The depa was wonderful, everything was amazing. Our host was very attentive. My family and I are super grateful and happy for our stay in such a beautiful apartment. I recommend it 100%.
