Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zaanstad

Great spot to stay in for what we needed! Staying for a couple of nights before heading off fishing about 90 mins away. Easy to access Amsterdam, 3 stops on the train and 5 min walk to station. Chi’s place was great. Boss games room and loads of space to chill and relax. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit bei Tatjana und Ben. Das Haus war wunderschön und die Umgebung sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!!

My friend and I choose to stay here, since it was close to Zaanse-Schaans and Amsterdam Noord. And I must say: It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever been to so far. I’d definitely recommend it to others, who’d like to wind out and relax after a very long day in the city and just wanna feel like home: this is the place. Marjolein has put so much love and detail to make this place super cozy. I really loved it. And the neighborhood feels super safe and there are some cafes close by with a nice view of the harbor. Definitely a must stay place, if you’re looking for a relaxing place. Thanks a lot Marjolein for letting us stay here.

We've stayed for 7 days. The house is perfect for a small family, and for a holidays break. If you like a quiet place, with easy access to Amsterdam, the location of the house is perfect. If you are an animal's lover, Zorro et Nacho, are very friendly cat's and they welcoming you.

Alles war entspannt und lief gut - vom einfachen einchecken - wir durften freundlicherweise früher einchecken - über die Kommunikation und die Abreise. Das Haus ist in einer sehr netten, idyllischen Wohngegend gelegen, fußläufig 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof mit einer guten Anbindung nach Amsterdam, Rotterdam, an die Kulturstätte Zaanse Schanz. Aber auch das Meer ist gut zu erreichen. Das Haus war hell und hatte eine sehr einladende offene Küche und Wohnraum, in dem man sich gut nach dem Sightseeing erholen konnte. Wur können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man abends dem Trubel etwas entkommen möchte und die Vorteile von etwas Ruhe und Natur mit einer guten Erreichbarkeit von Amsterdam vereinbaren will.

Logement assez petit. 14 voyageurs sont possibles mais c'est vraiment aller chercher jusqu'à la dernière place disponible. Serviette assez vieille ainsi papier toilettes en très petite quantité. Dommage de n'avoir qu'une seule double pour 14 personnes. Il faudrait l'indiquer dans l'annonce et réduire le nombre de personne possibles dans le logement. 2 places dans un abri de jardin qui n'était pas indiqué

Ana Mer's home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the house was. Every detail matched the description perfectly, and it even exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel like we were staying in our own home away from home. The space was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ana was an excellent host—clear with communication, helpful, and kind, ensuring our stay was seamless. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still offering a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Laurens place was fantastic. Very comfortable for 4 adult ladies. Loved the outside balcony. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nice fresh linens. One thing that is on the listing but I seemed to miss was the amount of stairs required to get to the unit. It is a 4th floor unit with no lift. The stairs are steep and narrow. Laurens was helpful with assisting our bags up to the unit. My mom is 74 and made it but it was a little difficult for her. Once you get into the unit it is well worth the climb. We were happy to have our watches on to track those flights and log the steps taken! We would all happily stay again in the future.

Kleines aber feines Häuschen mit einem gemütlichen Innenhof! Sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden das Haus von Bas immer wieder buchen!

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

Wie auch zuvor war das Wokke Apartment super cool! Es war auch diesmal ein sehr gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Mit Rad ist der Bahnhof ca 10 Minuten entfernt und von da aus kommt man gut in viele größere Touristengebiete (ca 30-40 Minuten nach Amsterdam). Ich kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank!

Der Aufenthalt in der schönen kleinen Altbau-Wohnung mit Blick auf den Kanal hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Hans herzlich begrüßt und mit Tipps für Haarlem und Umgebung versorgt. Der Bus ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und das Zentrum Haarlem ca 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Ein Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke, auch Amsterdam und der Strand sind gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Trudy's place was everything we expected and more. The location was quiet and private while a short walk to the central train station and from there, a quick ride into Central Amsterdam. We found the apartment spotless and comfortable in every way and our hosts were as gracious and accommodating ad we could have hoped for. If we have the opportunity to stay in Haarlem in the future, we will look forward to staying at Trudy's place.

Els war sehr flexibel, was die Anreise anging. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr sehr aufmerksam in Form von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränken und Snacks. Sogar Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. It's a perfect little weekend getaway place. Nice hosts, good amenities. A very quiet location in a residential neighbourhood, close distance to the coast. We loved it there.

Second time we rented this Airbnb. It is very comfortable. Equipped with a small fridge, microwave/convection oven Small dishwasher. Tess communicated with us frequently. Would stay again.

A truly unique accommodation experience. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it poses no obstacle for self-driving travelers. Situated within a yacht club, each unit comes with a small private pier offering beautiful views. The facilities are quite sufficient, making it an ideal spot for families to spend a few days.
