Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Zakinthos

The space was great! Were neatly received. We felt at home from the first moment. Very neatly furnished. And nothing was missing. We stayed for 2 weeks and at the beginning of the 2nd week, mother cleans the house again. They have a very sweet dog who loves to play with you when you bring him up. I warmly recommend it to everyone. And will definitely return here again.

We stayed for 9 days in September in the beautiful and clean apartment 1 with amazing (sunset) seaview. Maria and her husband gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Communication with the host was good and fast. Our bed was changed every other day and we received clean towels, provided by a correct and friendly cleaner. There is a small supermarket downstairs and good restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything Danai and Maria.

The apartment was spacious with everything you would expect from a home from home. Our host was friendly and very helpful, his mother is a lovely lady and was also on hand should we need anything. I would highly recommend this air b&b and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Really nice located appartement. Super view on the sea and just 20m to walk there. I appreciated the outdoor shower. Beautiful sunrises and all necessary things where there.

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!

Andreas' apartment is great & beautiful! We felt very comfortable! We enjoyed the morning hours & evenings on the balcony very much. The view is amazing! The communication & check-in went perfectly. Upon our arrival, there were water bottles and fresh fruit in the refrigerator, which we were very happy about. Next to the house is a large private property where you can park (this is included). We chose the location to explore the island from there! We 100% recommend the apartment.

Very nice place to stay in a good area with a shop and really nice food place right next. And a 15/20 min walk from the strip. Highly recommend

Our visit to Zakynthos in early October provided us with some more clouds, a little rain and closed locations on the island. But at the same time a quiet island with all the space to admire the BEAUTIFUL sea and enjoy the BLISSFUL food and the FANTASTIC people. Our stay at Lofos Soilis made the dream complete. The apartment spacious, was cleaned every day and we had the best, sea view from the front door view! Dionysia was incredibly nice, very flexible in check in and check out and gave good tips on what to do on the island. We will definitely go back to Lofos Soilis on a next visit to Zakynthos!

Rania’s apartment was in a great location! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and was in the heart of Tsilivi with markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Rania was very friendly and accommodating!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

The appartement is very nice , it's beautiful, it's located in the main street for shops. there are restaurants around. We were there in May and there was no noise in the evening/night. as people write : the shower is in the toilets but once you know it works fine there is no issue, just swap the floor when everyone has finished :) The hot water works fine. There is a small balcony where you can have a drink and also put your wet items used on the beach. Moreover Dyonisa is very nice, she answered nicely all my questions.

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie
