Waterfront holiday rentals in Zakinthos

Tonia was a wonderful host - extremely friendly and helpful. We did not rent a car and Tonia offered the first day to take us to the grocery store in her car so we could stock supplies for our short stay. She also drove us to a restaurant and picked us up for dinner one night. And offered to do more which we refused because she was too generous! The apartment is very nice and modern. The bathrooms both have nice modern showers and fixtures and tile. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The views of the Sea are amazing! It is in an area that is much less touristy than in the town proper. We had 2 good restaurants in walking distance but that's about all. You need to rent a car to explore the area. We only had a short time so we used tours and taxis. It is very private and quiet and peaceful.

I really enjoyed my stay. Annamaria was very personable and friendly. She very kindly offered to pick me up from the airport but I already had transport arranged with friends, so she met me at the accommodation. The room was spotless and as described. The highlight for me was the, glass doors and wooden shutters that opened out to the balcony and the sea. It is a good sized balcony with a table, two chairs and a clothes line. You can sleep to the sound of the sea and waken to the sunrise. I was there the first week in May, pre party season. Locals say it kicks off 24th May. It was already getting busier by the end of the week. If you prefer quiet, it’s a lovely walk to the far end of the beach past the hotels and cafes and (in the day time),by the turtle nesting beaches. These beaches are closed in the eves to protect the turtles. Beg of May is turtle breeding season, there are many in the sea, close to shore, occasionally popping up their heads, which is lovely to see. Thank you

Definitely a beautiful place to say and very cheerful and joyful people at the restaurant next to it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a place in Zakynthos!

The apartment was a lovely location with a sea view, a hammock on the balcony which was really relaxing in the evening. Easy check in with Nikos & check out close to the town. Easily walkable to restaurants, beaches, places of interest. Only thing I would say is it need a good dusting as I had to sweep most days as so much dust was all over the floor, and the shower flooded every time the plumbing could do with looking at! Overall really lovely place and would definitely return. Thank you ☺️

If you 're looking for a nice and cozy place to stay near to your private beach and not far from some bars and restaurants, then this is the place to go! Julie is very friendly and takes phantastic care of all her guests. We highly recommend it!

Pobyt se nám velmi líbil. Vše v pohodě, v půli pobytu jsme dostali čisté ručníky. Postel trošku měkká, ale jinak vše ok. Nedaleká pláž je kamenitá a za mě lepší spíš vzít boty do vody. Mám raději písčité pláže, ale záleží na každým. Banana beach cca 25 min pěšky a supermarket cca 15 min pěšky.

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Elpida was brilliant, from letting us know directions and responding promptly to questions before arrival to meeting us for check in. So warm & friendly and all useful information for the local area with recommendations for beaches, shops & restaurants. She also helped us with hiring a car for the day & airport transfer, nothing was too much trouble. On entering the apartment for the first time we were delighted to find it was accurate to the photos and smelt like a spa!! The beach is right in front and the nearest bar/restaurant 1 minute walk. Would 100% recommend this apartment and Elpida.

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

Si nous pouvions donner une note supérieure à 5, nous le ferions ! Nous avons sincèrement passé un agréable séjour ! Le logement est agréable pour passer des vacances paisibles. Panos a été réactif durant tout notre séjour dès lors que nous avions une question, nous a recommandé des restaurants à tester, et a été d’une grande gentillesse ! Encore merci pour tout 🙂 Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés !

Tres bel environnement soigné avec ces 4 maisons individuelles. Le tout très bien entretenu. Espaces communs tres agreables tout en gardant son indépendance. Maisons au bord de la mer avec acces direct, et aménagement au bord de l eau. Notre maison était tres confortable, moderne et de bon goût. Espace extérieur privé. Tres belle vue depuis la chambre. Service de menage en milieu de semaine apprécié. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et tres attentif. Quant à Dimitra, notre hôte, elle a été notre guide tout le long du sejour avec beaucoup d attention et de bienveillance. Une tres jolie adresse. Nul doute que nous reviendrons !

Unser Navi hat uns nicht ans richtige Haus geleitet, so dass wir uns von Stella, der Vermieterin telefonisch helfen lassen mussten. Sie spricht ein gutes englisch, so dass die Kommunikation immer geht. Die Familie betreibt die Bäckerei im Dorf neben der Tankstelle, ggf. wird von dort aus auch weitergeholfen. Auch mit Tipps für die Insel. Unsere drei Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert, wir haben sie besonders nachts gebraucht. In der Wohnung nebenan ist eine ausgefallen, bereits am Tag drauf wurde sie von Fachpersonal ausgetauscht. Für den Zugang zum Meer, das ja direkt am Grundstück mit unglaublichen Sonnenaufgängen punktet benötigt man Badeschuhe, da man über Felsen einsteigen muss. das geht aber problemlos und das Wasser ist klar und traumhaft. In der Küche hat uns ein kleiner Topf gefehlt, den haben wir sofort aus Stellas privater Küche bekommen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß, nimmt problemlos auch eine große Melone auf. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful, rustic cottage with a very big garden that provides privacy and peace. The cottage is even nicer than in the photos. You can walk to the sea in a moment in a swimsuit and return to the cottage for something at any time. The stone descent to the sea is safe. 5 minutes from the cottage there is a beautiful, small beach hidden among rocky cliffs (you have to go through the seaside beach bar). It is surprisingly close to restaurants and shops. Mary answers very quickly to all the stupidest questions and requests :) It was a very nice stay

Wonderful space for a family. My brother and I made the most of the space and genuinely enjoyed our time in Zante. We would definitely stay again

Die Wohnung von Andreas ist super & schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Morgenstunden & Abende auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn! Die Kommunikation & der Check in verliefen perfekt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren im Kühlschrank Wasserflaschen und frisches Obst, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Neben dem Haus ist ein großes privates Grundstück, auf dem man parken kann (das gehört mit dazu). Den Standort haben wir gewählt, um von dort aus die Insel zu erkunden! Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

We had a perfect vacation in Zakynthos. We all love this apartment very much. It is located close to supermarkets and restaurants. We particularly enjoy the view of the balcony and the blue ocean under the sunshine. The people here are all very hospitable and Akis helped us a lot. Overall, we really like Zakynthos and this apartment.

Once google maps sorted things out getting there was easy. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, suggested some things to do, beaches and restaurants. The place is exactly as advertised. We loved the place. I'd recommend renting a car for sure while you are there. You can walk to places, but it is busy street with not a lot of room to walk. He had all kinds of beach equipment - masks, snorkles, umbrella, etc. We thought the place was a bargain. We loved the setting. We could not have been more pleased.

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

Die Unterkunft war unfassbar gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Blick direkt aufs Meer war unbeschreiblich. Ich komme wieder.

Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Logement contenant tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Paisible, calme, plage privée. Bar ouvert proposant une limonade maison excellente! Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires très appréciées. Recommande à 100%!

Our week in this Airbnb on Zakynthos was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were warm, accommodating and always eager to help us. The house was cosy and well equipped and the location was ideal for exploring the island. Highly recommended!
