At the apartments, guests can grill or roast over an open fire, and children can play in the sandbox. Right near the apartments is the Úžas pond, where you can swim or go paddleboarding. The chalet is built entirely of wood and stands on a high wooden platform. It features a new (2026) additional bedroom on the ground floor with windows and a projector. Here, you'll sleep like never before. My greatest pleasure is sitting on an upholstered windowsill or in a hammock and watching the forest, the meadow, and the wildlife passing by. We also have a grill and a fire pit. You absolutely have to go to the mountains. You can explore the entire Kotlina region from our place. We are the perfect base. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.
