We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, a bedroom plus a kitchen. I care about hassle-free guests to make sure you have a great stay for both parties. In addition to Kudowy itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Prague. Keys to pick up after prior phone information. I will add that we do not have internet in our apartment, only terrestrial television. I encourage you to ask questions. :)

Apartament Wspomnienie is a place to rest and relax from the daily grind for the whole family. We offer peace, quiet and privacy in a very well and newly renovated apartment. At your disposal is a very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, two rooms, but most importantly, the care of the owner who lives just behind the wall. Duszniki offers hiking and mountain trails, mineral water pump rooms, a historic church, and libraries. In summer, the Chopin Festival and in winter, skiing. We are looking forward to having you here!

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Beautiful cottage in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains

Mini domek na rodinné zahradě. Možnost grilování na plynovém grilu, pergola, dětské hřiště hned za plotem s pingpongovým stolem, wifi. V domku zdarma káva, čaj, 1,5 l neperlivé vody, mléko, minibar. Možnost využití infra sauny 500kč/den. Splatné na místě. Upozorněni: WC a sprcha mimo domek( asi 15 m) v přízemí rodinného domu. Místo vhodné pro procházky, cyklovýlety, rybník 800 m. V okolí zámky, hrady, krásná příroda. V zimě lyžařská střediska Zdobnice 10 km, Deštné v Orlických horách 20 km.

Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

The apartment in the former Gaweł holiday home in Międzygórze is an unusual place that combines history with modern comfort. The 1900 building impresses with its architecture and unique atmosphere, which attracts lovers of nature and history. Located in the heart of Międzygórze, it offers access to picturesque trails and charming landscapes. The apartment's interiors exude coziness, and the proximity to local attractions makes it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Right at the ski slope - attic apartment 2 adults + 2 children

We offer you comfortable accommodation with a family atmosphere. Our small but very cozy attic apartment is located right under the ski slope of the Marta II ski resort. Apartment 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building No. 438 and thus has a unique view of the ski slope. A big advantage is the elevator, which allows barrier-free access to the apartment. For a comfortable stay, we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.

Tré is a design cottage where we put emphasis on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor panoramic sauna with a view. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course, there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker or high American spring beds. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
