In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus toddler) with a lot of love and stylishly furnished it. Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or even those seeking a break will get their money's worth here! Whether swimming in crystal clear waters in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

Idyllic apartment in an old farmhouse

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Wooden house near the lake, fireplace, sauna

Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The wooden house, built in 2023, is beautifully situated in the countryside, 5 minutes from Lake Boissow. The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Scale domicile

Our vacation home is located on Lake Schaalsee, in a dreamy little bay surrounded by nature. The modernly furnished terraced house offers 72 sqm of space for the whole family. On a second property (directly on the lake), which you can reach on a short path, you will find a jetty and rowboat which is available to you from May 1 to October. Fishing from the jetty and from the boat is possible. Garden furniture and a bathing ladder are provided. Sauna (extra charge)

Cozy apartment for 4 people in a former dairy building from 1890, quietly located with a lovely terrace and a beautiful view of nature. Ideal for relaxation, but also perfect for excursions – Hamburg, Schwerin, and Lübeck are easily accessible. The apartment is well-equipped, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect for families or friends who appreciate both peace and proximity to exciting attractions. We look forward to welcoming you!

Cozy Elbe dike house with sauna & fireplace

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The slightly different apartment

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Schaalsee - enjoy peace, nature & relaxation. In the lovingly furnished basement apartment in Groß-Zecher, a quiet time-out in the middle of nature awaits you - a few minutes' walk from Lake Schaal. Here you are in the right place to relax - whether on the terrace or in the large open living room. You are quickly in the forest and by the lake. Only one street separates you from the indescribable nature.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Haus Holli Zarrentin on Lake Schaal

Our vacation home Holli (non-smoking), offers you a generous amount of space. With about 145 square meters of living space over two fully usable floors, your vacation is also possible with up to 8 people without any problems. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a toilet with shower room and our kitchen-living room. Equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator and a freezer.
