House holiday rentals in Żary

It was a beautiful house that we immediately felt comfortable in. There was everything you need - even for our four-year-old son we didn't have to bring any toys. The location in the middle of greenery was also unbeatable. Beautiful ☺️ all around!

If you're looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature, this place is for you. 2 min walk from the river, from where you can kayak. 1 min from the forest where you can walk for hours. Beautiful plot, outdoor patio, grill, trampoline, pool - a dreamy place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A home well-equipped. In addition, a pongpong table, foosball, and kayaks and bikes are available. I recommend it at 100proc and I hope to come back.

We stayed with 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped ( coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults many opportunities to sit comfortably together. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

The house is wonderfully quiet and very comfortably equipped. Five of us spent a very cozy week there, cooked, chilled and tried the available excursion tips. The house was very clean. Access through the neighbors worked out very well. Communication with Kathrin was very nice and above all immediately. We can recommend the area and especially the house without hesitation.

Everything was great. The communication went smoothly. The house was clean and perfect for large groups. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is excellent for large families. The holiday home and the large garden invite you to linger and relax. Everything you needed was there. The key holder was very nice. Speaks German very well. All appointments have been met. This property is highly recommended. Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

We were a group (friends) and felt very comfortable in the house. The very large and beautiful garden is particularly noteworthy. A top is of course also the sauna. You can also walk to Krasna Lipa (20-25 min). There were no spices in the kitchen, so you should bring them with you. Parking spaces for 2 cars are available on the property. Otherwise, everything is great. I would book again at any time.

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Renovated cottage in a very quiet place, with a beautiful view of Wolf Mountain. Self check-in, there is a lockbox. A parking space, available on a dirt road, is located in a hill above the cottage, can be found without any problems according to the instructions sent. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom, accessible by stairs with no handrails, linens were provided. The bed has an amazing view of the surrounding landscape from the big window. The bathroom with a shower has underfloor heating, towels, hair dryer, and soap. The kitchen has basic amenities, a pod coffee maker (provided), a French press, an electric kettle, a toaster, there is no oven. The communication with the hosts was great, a nice gift was waiting for us when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay with our dog. I recommend.

wonderful house and garden!

We came to Jawa Czy Zen over New Year’s break with our dog; our friends unfortunately cancelled last minute which meant we had the place all to ourselves for maximum privacy. We got what we were looking for: restful sleep and naps, outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, time to unwind, cooking simple meals. We were lucky that we had 4 sunny days there so we sat outside in the terrace with our hot drinks. Highlights are: the handmade soaps from local maker and linen spray, plus their large window, terrace and fireplace. It stormed one night and the entire village lost power for 1 hour, Patrycja sent husband over with candles and a headlamp for us. The fireplace and candles made our experience during the blackout cosy and warm. Since our dog is terrified of fireworks, the location was perfect! We could see fireworks from the mountain towns and they were far enough that our dog felt ok to do her toilet walks. We really recommend Patrycja’s place.

Kasia is a great hostess! Very accommodating and quick to reach. In case of problems and questions, she was always quick to help us & also clearly communicated with us before our arrival. We had an issue with the heating (room very cold). Kasia contacted us directly by phone & we were able to resolve the issue within a few minutes, great! In addition, there is a small book available where there is a few information about the accommodation & surroundings. There are two large kitchen with a small couch, three bathrooms, two bedrooms & a living room with a nice fireplace + a sofa bed. One bedroom starts from the kitchen. This was only inconvenient for us, since we were there with children & stayed in the kitchen in the evening. We had to be very quiet there because it's a little clairvoyant. Otherwise, we found the place very nice & clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend the place!

amazing place to relax and chill

Five of us spent Easter here. Very nice house, good location, hikes are possible directly from the house. For 10 people, however, a bathroom would be very scarce. We will definitely be back!

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

We spent an extended weekend with 7 adults and 4 children at Chris's and are absolutely thrilled. The vacation home is a great accommodation for groups, especially with (small) children. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired (especially baby monitor, cot, children's dishes and high chair). For us, the sauna was also a highlight. But we also don't want to leave out the condition of the house and the cleanliness: everything was spotless and there was nothing to complain about. We will definitely book the accommodation again and also gladly recommend it.

Accommodation with absolutely above-standard kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

Mr. Milan and his wife are really nice, friendly people. We were warmly welcomed with our four-legged crew. The property is all fenced, so she was able to run where she wanted to😊

A great place in a very convenient starting point. A large, clean, well-maintained, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz. We'd love to go back someday. Easy to get in touch with hosts (thanks for the great maps with recommendations). We recommend it wholeheartedly!

Our holiday in the surrounding house was very nice. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. My husband lit the stove every morning and evening. In the good room we always played board games in the evening. I also thought it was nice that there was no TV. The kids (6 and 8) had a lot of fun in the small garden where there is a trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, swing and gymnasiums. In the afternoon there was always a small performance ☺ Also interesting was the book about the house itself from 2019-2024. What the family has already mastered and done and everything else is coming up for renovation. We wish you every success and strength.
