A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
