Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. This has a separate apartment entrance door + garage + parking space. This includes a separate small garden with terrace, grill.

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to our modern and quiet apartment. The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

In the bedroom there is a 1.60m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed also 1.60m wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Ferienwohnung Bachwiese, Margetshöchheim

Margetshöchheim is located about 4 km downstream of Würzburg and is very easy to reach via the B27 and the A3/A7. It takes a few minutes by car or public transport to go to Würzburg. Furthermore, Margetshöchheim has a good infrastructure: 1 shopping market, bakeries, butcher, cafe, pharmacy, medical care, good bus connection to Würzburg and surroundings.
