Baby equipment on request. The apartment is new + fully equipped. Tips regarding restaurant/breakfast are of course also available on request :-) Large parking right outside the door. Storage for bicycles is also available on request.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

All attractions can be easily reached on foot or by tram. Various clubs and pubs are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a spacious hallway.

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike ride on the Mainradweg. You can get a refreshing drink from the TV with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook yourself or let yourself be pampered by the Italian, Indian or Turkish on site.
