The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria. 
Incl. own sauna and outdoor area.

In the Moselwelt holiday home in Zell an der Mosel, the river is right at your doorstep – the Mosel promenade, the shimmer of the water, the quiet call of the ships. Between vines and river, everyone finds their own rhythm: the cyclist on the Mosel bike path, the hiker on the Moselsteig, the walker in the old town. The day begins with sun over the vineyards and ends with a glass of Riesling in the warm light of the valley.

Ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Kamin, ein großzügiges Bad,eine Sauna, ein Boxspringbett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Boxspringbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen der schönsten Balkone der Mittelmosel. Außerdem stellen wir Euch Elektroräder zur Verfügung, um unsere schöne Landschaft zu erkunden.

Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

High above the Moselle, you will be floating in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which used to be a quaint wine restaurant. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.

Im Untergeschoss bietet sie zwei stufenlose, helle Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Von hier erreichen Sie Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege der Mosel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Empfohlen für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Vacation home at the Römerbad

The apartment on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (200 × 200) and a bathroom. Bikes can be parked in a lockable garage. Parking is available on the Moselle river bank. There are restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car.
