Würzburg ist in 12 Minuten per Bahn erreichbar und bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Angebote. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In 300 Metern Entfernung liegt die Wallfahrtskirche „Maria im grünen Tal“ mit dem Marienbrünnlein und einem Gesundheitsgarten.

Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st.
