Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

There is a spa, a castle, many hiking trails and the European cycle path that the beautiful Fläming offers you. Ideal for a little break from stressful everyday life.

Stroll through the parks of the former state horticultural show in the small town of Burg, just 4 km away, and linger at an open-air concert on the picturesque vineyard.

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

In the center is the spectacular, round south window, which sets the frame for the postcard view of the palace meadow. To the west, it leads out to the spacious terrace. This is the perfect breakfast room – and in the evening the right box seat for the sunset.

This vacation home is intended for families with many children. Two bedrooms, with a double bed downstairs and another double bed with two pull-out beds in one room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. Opposite is a children's playground. Built around 300 years ago, the schoolhouse was extensively renovated and lovingly furnished by 2022.
