Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The Shack in the Forest

Welcome to our retreat in the woods. Our small forest cabin is located on a fenced woodland property and awaits nature-loving guests. We use filtered rainwater and electricity from a small solar panel system, following the motto of returning to the source for pure nature and tranquility. Sometimes less is more. Dogs get their money's worth. The approximately 1000m² forest is fenced in with a 160cm high fence and the dogs can run freely

A modern, only 2023 completely renovated micro apartment with balcony and small kitchen is waiting for you. An elevator will take you upstairs, the apartment welcomes you with a hallway and cloakroom. The bright bathroom is also new with shower. The apartment has a small kitchen incl. Coffee machine and fridge. A small counter invites you to eat or work. The new bed is 160 x 200 cm. A balcony to the quiet courtyard is also available.
