The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

The Fichtel POD is an igloo-like wooden hut. The property is ideal for those who like to have it easy, but do not want to sacrifice comfort. As a special highlight there is a hot tub with a bubbling system and underwater lighting with direct access next to the POD (surcharge 99 euros for an afternoon/night and each additional day 69 euros). In addition, a sauna barrel that is fired with wood can be booked. (59 euros for 3 hours and for you alone :)).
