For the lover of peace and space. In the middle of the beautiful scenic landscape of the Westerkwartier is our farmhouse. We rent out the old chicken shed as a Bed and Breakfast. In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of three bed cities! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is possible for 13 euros pp. Please note : the bed cities are smaller than a double bed . The 2 bed cities in the room are 200x115 and the bedstee in the kitchen is 190x120

We've not seen such a great naturehouse before! In the beautiful green and quiet surroundings of Eén (Drenthe) next to Roden and Norg you'll find Buitenhuis Duurentijdt. This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

In this cozy, large, unique caravan, the nature lover will feel very much at home. A private garden, surrounded by quiet meadows, forest and heath. The wood stove is very comfortable on cold days, you must be able to burn! The caravan is 70 years old, still has many authentic elements. Please know that the caravan is not insulated, very warm in hot days, but then you are outside, with a lot of shade. It also cools down quickly. In bedroom there are screens and mosquito nets.

Next to our monumental farm in the yard, this small accommodation is located to spend the night simply and not too expensive. Plumbing and a common area are located on the farm. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is by car 15 min away/bike 1 hour and by public transport 20 min.

Beautiful and fully furnished house equipped with all the necessary items such as towels, but also the small things such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea and so on. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Hosts very friendly and spontaneous and very busy to make it enjoyable. The area is really great for cycling and so on. Bakkeveen has plenty of great opportunities to eat out. In short, had a wonderful holiday Willeke and Gerard are very nice and spontaneous people Good luck

This was the third time we were allowed to stay in the beautiful residence. This time, our (step)mother was with her dog. We once again enjoyed all the comforts of the stay (everything present) and the well-enclosed garden (for the dogs). Everything in the kitchen that we can use. A wonderful shower with good, radiant hot water. It is wonderful to walk into the beautiful nature reserve from the cottage. We were lucky with the weather, it was nice and sunny. So it was also pleasant to stay in the garden. Aaltje and her daughter were as always very hospitable and friendly and also helpful. We will certainly come back a fourth time (and more). It was a great place to stay for a night. Onlu was a bit cold. I like it 22 C but could only get it to 21 C. The heater never went on. Didnt fully understand that. However under the blanket no problem.

Beautiful park, well maintained with a nice beach and swimming lake. The luxurious tent was very nice with everything we needed. It was late September and cold at night but the duvets were warm and cosy.

Nice and cozy house with a farm-like atmosphere. We definitely felt at home. It has a very nice large garden. The neighbors' horses were running around on the lawn opposite the garden. So we had a good view of the beautiful horses. The house has stylish furniture and the smoke is nice throughout the stay. The coffee was delicious! Everything was clean. The beds were nice. The house is close to an industrial estate, so trucks drive past early in the morning, but with the window closed, we had little trouble! The recycling around the corner is nice and Leek is also a very cozy village further on. It is close to Groningen. This cottage is definitely recommended!
