Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf ca 1000m Die Skigebiete Hochzillertal- Hochfügen und die Zillertal Arena sind nur wenige km von unserem Haus entfernt und mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das kleine, gemütliche Apart die Almsünde verfügt über kostenloses w-lan, Skiabstellraum mit Trockenraum, PKW Parkplätze!! Im Winter sind Winterreifen unbedingt erforderlich!!! Bei Schneefall auch Schneeketten!!!!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
