On about 55 m² of space, a private terrace and plenty of space in the fairytale grounds, you will certainly experience a lot of beautiful moments. The Finnhütte Möwe also has something very special to offer: your own little wellness paradise - a 4 m² Finnish sauna.

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Die Einzimmerferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und verfügt über 40 m². Das Appartement verfügt über einen großzügigen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit integrierter Einbauküche. Der Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett wurde durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Der Wohnbereich umfasst neben dem Schlaf-Sofa einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist separat gelegen.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. This stylish accommodation is perfect for small families or couples. It is equipped with a large kitchen and is therefore excellent for self-catering. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

With a view of the countryside – the 95 sqm area is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and kitchen area with a conservatory. In addition, there are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, the larger of the two also offers a bathtub for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to social cooking evenings. There is a stove with induction stovetop, a large free-standing fridge with freezer and a dishwasher.

On approx. 100 m², the house offers enough space for up to 6 adults – even up to 2 four-legged friends are welcome. On the ground floor you will find a bright living area with a cozy dining area, a kitchen and a modern shower room. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna are upstairs. Simply end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house can accommodate the whole family and still has enough retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.
