The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Only a short walk to the restaurant, cafe, shops, concerts, exhibitions, beach or pier.
