We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with panoramic views all around. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace after a day of hiking—it felt like a dream!

Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. Do not hesitate, book this one! Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment at Rosie Design Chalet. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views. We were two couples, each with a toddler, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The apartment had good sound insulation, and the toys provided for the kids were a thoughtful touch. Since we traveled by car, private parking for both vehicles was a great convenience. The location is excellent,just a 5-10 minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola, which takes you straight to the slopes. In peak snowy season, this place is likely almost ski-in/ski-out. For other gondolas, you’ll need a car or can take the bus, which conveniently stops right next to the building. Daniela and Andrey were fantastic hosts, with clear communication before and during our stay. A fantastic value!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Hans Peter lief super und auch seine Eltern waren immer erreichbar und wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen

Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich war auf der Suche nach etwas Ruhe und die hat man hier definitiv - inkl. Plätschern eines Baches und ein paar Tiere, die auf dem Hof leben. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf dem Hof der Gastgeber und es ist alles da, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte (voll ausgestattete Küche, auch Gewürze sind da z.B., das Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne). Ansonsten ist noch erwähnenswert, dass das Bett wirklich sehr gemütlich ist - ich schlafe selten auswärts so gut wie zu Hause, aber das war hier der Fall. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar, falls man etwas braucht oder Fragen hat. Und auch wenn die Unterkunft auf dem selben Grundstück der Gastgeber ist, ist man „für sich“.

We were really happy of our stay. The environment was great and the distance to the ski slope is unbeatable. All of the instructions were clear and the flat was corresponding to what we expected. We also went to Gasthof Sportalm, we would recommend the Gulashsuppe for anyone who wants to go.

Genau genommen bin ich nicht so schnell zu überreden um eine Rezension zu schreiben, aber für Sandra und ihre Familie werde ich eine Ausnahme machen. Ich hatte schon Heimweh nach meinem urigem Ferienhäuschen das ich von Sandra gemietet habe noch bevor ich weggefahren war. Zwei herrliche Wochen habe ich dort verbracht. Das Häuschen war ganz mein Stil. Besonders das Schlafzimmer mit dem Blick auf die Berge. Viele Stunde habe ich auf dem Balkon genossen um dort meine Fotos zu bearbeiten. Sandra und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche, warme Menschen die sich viel Mühe geben ihre Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wilkommen. Die Leubensfreude strahlt von ihnen aus. Sie arbeiten hart auf ihrem Bauernhof ​​und lassen alle Leute, groß und klein, das Farmleben und die Tiere genießen. Was mir aufgevallen war, war ihre Liebe zu Kindern. Mit all den Spielsachen, auch Tretautos, ein Trampolin und dergleichen, war es ein wahres Paradies für die Kinder.

Andreas was an exceptional host during our stay in Bad Kleinkirchheim! We rented 3 apartments in his villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout all apartments. Andreas truly went above and beyond by surprising us with fully stocked fridges, fresh bread, pasta, and other essentials upon our arrival - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The sauna worked perfectly and was a highlight of our stay, especially after long days of activities. Our group included 4 little kids who absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. Andreas's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. We would highly recommend his villa to anyone visiting Bad Kleinkirchheim, and we definitely plan to return in the future!
