It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.

Haus Charlotte is located directly in the traffic-calmed main road (Spielstraße)´von Binz. At one end, the main road from Binz closes with the lake bridge, at the other end in extension with the Schmachter See. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the coastal corner, full of barren souvenirs. Many shops line the main road.
