On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

The Swan House is an old family house on the cliff, under the beautiful lake of Zbilje. It is very unique, peaceful place, which is very good situated. The old part of the house is dated 1905. Many books, texts were written here, because the proprietor is very known anthropologist from Slovenija. So, place is good for personal research, reflections, and of course discovering the country. A simply wonderful place. Barbara's place is in a beautiful location with amazing views. Her kitchen and dining place was really big and had all the possible amenities. If you rent a car you can easily visit the tourist spots. She was responsive and flexible with our check-in. The only thing I would mention is that entry to her property is via a flight of wooden stairs so it would be difficult if you have heavy luggage. We have already suggested her to add relevant pics so that people know about it.

it was a pleasure to stay there, grest view with balcony, elevator was good fir our bikes. in the appartement, everything was there, also a washingmachine to wash clothes as we went to other places in Slowenia after. A great place to take a bikeride. And on a rainy day, for going by train to ljubljana Center , the appartement was great located. for some people, the near trains can be loud, so take earplugs. the Packing lot, which was in the Advertisement of the appartement, of the building was full, not that easy to find a place there.. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there! would definately come back!

Katja’s place was clean, tidy, and warm which made us feel like home. It was a bit far from the city centre which needed around 20mins bus and 7 mins walking. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Nearby has a nice restaurant and the supermarket just needs few mins walk. Katja is a friendly and helpful host that she offered to pick us up on the first day and drive us to the station after we checked out which helped us save a lot of time! She also responded to our messages promptly. We definitely recommend this place!

This place was a thousand times more beautiful than the photos – truly a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was very private, spotless, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It instantly felt like a warm embrace. Rudi, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. He genuinely went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at ease. A lovely bonus was Luli, the outdoor cat who belongs to the property. Just like her owner, she made us feel right at home with her calm and friendly presence. She always made our day when she came by for some food and some pets. After ten days, saying goodbye was bittersweet – it really started to feel like our little home. We honestly can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat!
