Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento parece nuevo y está muy limpio. Está en una de las mejores zonas de Guatemala. Definitivamente volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

Kevin y Silvio son muy buenos anfitriones. Nos facilitaron una llave adicional, nos compartieron recomendaciones de supermercados cercanos y estuvieron siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier duda. El apartamento es amplio, acogedor y tiene una ubicación muy céntrica. Sin embargo, la cercanía a una avenida transitada y a unas discotecas hace que durante las horas pico y por la noche se perciba bastante ruido.

This was such an amazing place to stay in Guatemala! We loved the location (everything 10min or less walking to all my favorite restaurants)! The home is beautiful and cozy. The view of the city on this huge glass doors are incredible and the breeze at evening so priceless! Host was very attentive and responsive to anything I had to say. The Guard (Wilson) that opens the gate for parking was so nice and attentive. I love the service of workers in Guatemala, they truly like their jobs and treat you like a friend/family member; not an inconvenience. Did I mention AC!!!! We never even knew this place had AC until we arrived and saw the split units in each bedroom! This was probably my favorite part ! Thank you again for opening this home for us ! We will defenetly stay here again next time!!!!

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Todo bien en general observo incremento de precios en los alojamientos y la idea es que las tarifas sean menores que los hoteles

Very nice apartment in a very safe location. Easy to walk to shops, everything is close.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . María siempre pendiente y respondió inmediatamente. Apartamento tal cual esta en la descripción , muy bien ubicado, pero si es un lugar transitado, por lo cual no es muy silencioso, pero por lo demás todo genial, hospedaje muy recomendable.

Great value for your money if you have a big group of people. Excelente para un grupo grande familiar o de amigos que quiera estar cerca del camino a la Antigua, la casa es super espaciosa y esta ubicada en San Cristóbal super cerca de la Ruta que los lleva a Antigua o San Lucas Con 1 cama King y otras 2 grandes mas un sillon pueden dormir 7 personas comodamente y hasta llevar colchones inflables y acomodar más gente en otros espacios. Se pueden estacionar 2 vehículos 1 dentro de cochecha y el otro afuera frente a la casa pero como es una residencial cerrada ambos vehiculos quedan muy seguros.

Muy bonita casa de descanso para aprovechar la piscina y pasarla bien. La ubicación un poco complicada pero la casa cuenta con un muy buen espacio y muy buen cuidada. Byron muy amable y atento ante los requerimientos.

La atención de Daniel siempre presente, atento y educado. Lugar de fácil acceso, organizado y equipado el apartamento. Volvemos el otro año primero Dios 🙏🏽
