House holiday rentals in Zrće Beach

Boravak u ovom smještaju je bio izvanredan! Sve je bilo čisto, lijepo uređeno i opremljeno svime što vam može zatrebati. Domaćini su ljubazni, gostoljubivi i uvijek dostupni za pomoć. Lokacija je odlična, a okruženje mirno i ugodno. Sve preporuke, sigurno se vraćamo!

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wunderschöne, ruhige Umgebung, ein tolles Haus und eine klasse, sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Petar is a great host and everything was exactly as described. The house is spacious, very comfortable, clean, there’s everything you need and the garden is just amazing - it’s very private and peaceful. Plus it’s so close either to the shop or to the town center and beaches. Hope to come back again some day.

Pretty nice apartament with perfect view for sea in quiet neiberhood, fully equipped house and very nice host.

Thank you for hosting us! The room is exactly as shown in the pictures—very tidy, cozy, and beautifully presented. We loved our stay, and the location is perfect. The sea is not far, and the city center is within walking distance. Even though we had a car, we preferred walking because parking in the city center can be tricky. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren für 7 Tage in diesem tollen Haus und hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Genügend Parkplätze waren vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, sodass auch mehrere Autos Platz finden. Bade- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war super ausgestattet und auch die Schlafräume waren mit allem Nötigen bestückt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde täglich morgens kontrolliert und gereinigt. Martina hat uns zum Check-In an der Unterkunft empfangen und uns eine freundliche Einführung in das Haus gegeben. Bei Fragen und Problemen war sie jederzeit für uns da und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Auch beim Check-out lief alles unkompliziert. Wir schauen zurück auf einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Pag und kommen gerne wieder!

Lage und Ausblick TOP, Ausstattung der Küche echt TOP, ein Toaster wäre nett gewesen. Ausreichend Sonnenliege, Sonnenschirme und Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden. Wege zu den Stränden sehr steil, unbefestigt und eng. Mitnahme von SUP oder anderen Strandzubehör nicht wirklich möglich. Teilweise ist das Objekt abgewohnt, Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können wie zum Beispiel Kühlschrankdichtung teilweise schimmelig, alter Kaffeesatz in der Kaffeemaschine, Front von Geschirrspüler lose, nicht nutzbare Küchentür zur Terrasse, da defekt und leider verschmutzt. Einrichtung des Hauses teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat der Flur und ein Schlafzimmer merklich nach kalten Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Fazit: Da das Haus im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle ruhige Lage hat, viel Platz für 6 Personen und mehreren Hunden bietet, einen wirklich tollen Ausblick hat. Wir würden wieder kommen, wenn die Mängel beseitigt werden, denn dann würde der Preis pro Woche der nicht gering ist, auch zum Objekt passen.

Was für ein wunderbares Haus! Bestens ausgestattet, tolle Aufteilung und unvergleichliche Lage. Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura e ne siamo stati subito conquistati, l'appartamento era piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, è provvisto di un bel giardino coperto da vigneti dove è possibile mangiare e poter usufruire del barbecue, gli host sono stati molto disponibili in tutto e la comodità di avere la spiaggia dotata di attrezzature come lettini e ombrelloni non ha prezzo, torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo questa location a chiunque desidera trovarsi in posizione centrale ad un prezzo piu che onesto.. Perfect place place to spend some days (or weeks) in Olib! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We cooked most of the days and it is probably the best equipped Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!

The accommodation is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. A fantastic location, a fantastic view, just 5 meters from the sea, and dinner at sunset right by the sea is a highlight. Luciana is always available and very helpful. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need. We would love to come back!

Odlična kuća blizu svih sadržaja a opet na osami, gdje imate svoju privatnost i ne morate se ni micati iz kuće. Domaćica Karla je bila iznimno susretljiva i draga! 10/10

Lovely location. Perfect for our needs. The beach opposite felt like our own private one!

Het appartement is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden zijn prima. Groot TV scherm. Kleine keuken met 2 gaspitten. Voor het huis een terras in de schaduw. De Airco werkt perfect. Zwemmen op 10 minuten lopen. Uitgebreide winkels zijn verder weg (Senj). De wandeling naar Zavratnica Cove is spectaculair (5 € pp). De overtocht naar Rab is leuk om te doen, echter kost met 2 personen + auto € 26.60 enkele reis.

We had a lovely stay at Marijana’s house. There’s plenty of space and it is well equipped. Marijana is very friendly and came to meet us from the ferry, and even lent us waterproofs the one time it rained! There is a lovely beach close by, and a fantastic bakery a short walk away. We found several great snorkelling spots on the island and some nice walks. The only downside to our stay on Silba was the mosquitoes, although these were no problem inside the house thanks to the mosquito nets in all the windows. Overall a great stay, thank you so much Marijiana!

Josipa place was exactly what we wanted. Very good location, close to the beach and a short ride to the main clubs of Croatia. Josipa was very friendly, responsive and gave us local recommendations. I highly recommend and when going back to Croatia I'll stay here again. Hvala! Thanks

Alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Zusammen mit unseren Kindern, der Schwiegermutter und unserem Hund hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, hübschen Haus. Das Thema Beach sieht sich geschmackvoll durch alle Details. Das Haus ist optimal geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ofen hat an den Abenden für schöne Wärme gesorgt. Die Terrasse liegt windgeschützt, so dass wir selbst bei den ersten Herbststürmen noch Karten spielen konnten. Unübertroffen ist die Lage: aus dem Schlafzimmer Blick auf die Adria und mit fünf Schritten steht man in einer der kleinen Buchten der kleinen Halbinsel. Kommunikation mit Kreso lief super. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles nach unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und von der Mutter Romana betreut. War alles vorhanden im Apartment was man braucht. Der Wäscheservice war hervorragend. Sehr schnell am Meer und viele schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können Sara's Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

The apartment was just as pictured, and the host was extremely helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. We were able to enjoy the barbecue in the garden, and the host kindly provided firewood for both evenings we wanted to use it. Halfway through our stay, we were even given the option to change our towels, which was a nice touch. Plus, there is a PS4, which we really enjoyed as a group of guys. Highly recommended!
