Breakfast is available at extra charge on request. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden there is a beautiful seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Dogs are welcome. Parking? Of course on our property.

Cozy 40m² apartment in the heart of Zschopau, newly renovated and with terrace, barbecue facilities and large seating area. The living room has a pull-out couch, smart TV, HIFI system with Bluetooth, WiFi and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Modern bathroom with rain and normal shower. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, mirrored wardrobe, ambient lighting and USB sockets.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

It can comfortably accommodate 2 people. We have furnished it with lovingly and high-quality restored solid wood furniture.
