The hostel Fuchs und Hase, quiet and charming

Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Apartment 1 "ansimali 1" is dog friendly on the ground floor, ideal for nature holidays with dog. Pets and bikes are very welcome, with secure storage, wifi, and lots of greenery around it. Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cottage has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

The modern 39 m² apartment is located in Aue-Bad Schlema, Saxony, and accommodates up to 5 guests in a quiet residential area. It features a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people and an additional armchair bed for one person. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine, and a cozy dining area.

Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.

It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

The 65 sqm apartment sleeps 4 people and is located separately on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The 40 sqm terrace is equipped with seating for four people, a table and a sunshade. Pets by arrangement. 4 min. by car, 20 min. walk to the city center of Schwarzenberg with castle and church 25 km to Fichtelberg 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket
