Composto da una zona giorno con tavolo da pranzo, dispensa, angolo cottura (piastra ad induzione, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina Nespresso per caffè in cialde, tostapane e bollitore), divano letto a due piazze e televisione. La zona notte si articola in una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio spazioso. Bagno con doccia, scalda salviette, lavandino, bidet e asciugacapelli. Free Wi-Fi lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Mansarda rustica in casa storica (cod. reg. 183)

Spazio unico e rilassante. La mansarda si trova direttamente sotto i vecchi travi del tetto di una storica casa ampezzana. Attenzione! L'ambiente è caratteristico e molto accogliente, ma la mansarda è bassa e non si riesce a stare in posizione eretta su tutta la superficie. Arredamento rustico ma molto ben curato, fino nei dettagli. Si trova al secondo piano, si accede quindi da una normale rampa di scale, per poi salire all'appartamento tramite una scaletta più ripida attraverso una botola.

Luxury chalet with a spectacular view on Cortina and the Tofane mountains thanks to its large and 180° terrace. The flat is at the 2 floor and has 4 comfortable rooms, 3 bathrooms (including one bathtub with Jacuzzi for 1 person), WiFi included, keeper available for any issue. Parking is available either with garage and open area that belongs to the condo. Close to the center village (ten minutes walk from the center) and close to the slopes (5-10 minutes by car or free shuttle service).

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

This apartment is fantastic. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and rustic, a typical house in the mountains with so much character. It has a fireplace making it very cosy. The scenery from the terrace is stunning. If you're looking for peace and tranquility yet superb location in terms of nearby amenities, this apartment has it all. The two double bedrooms are spacious and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. The kitchen has everything one needs including a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washing machine and WiFi. It's easy to feel very at home here in this charming apartment which has a bus stop right outside the house. It is only a four minute ride into the centre of Cortina which makes the location of this apartment perfect. There is a wood close by and an incredible view of the mountains. This apartment is just beautiful. Elena is an amazing host, so friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the early summer. The apartment has a wonderful alpine feel with lots of wood, art and books. The views and light are spectacular and you are right in the center of town with easy access to all the mountain offerings. The hosts are friendly and very responsive with clear instructions, answers to questions and local advice.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we stayed at during our entire trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a bit of trouble finding the property, but they kindly met us in person and guided us with clear instructions, which immediately set the tone for how warm and attentive they are. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully curated, from the spotless rooms to the incredible hospitality. Each morning, they prepared a fresh homemade breakfast for us before our hikes, which made the experience even more special. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible. This stay was truly one of a kind, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!

Siamo stati ospiti in questa casetta nel piano terra situata in una piccola frazione con poche case, immersa nella tranquillità e con un panorama davvero suggestivo. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti turistici della zona, senza rinunciare alla pace e al silenzio del luogo. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, ideale per chi cerca relax ma anche la comodità di spostarsi per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!
